The One Touch Soccer and First Step Basketball Academies offer a variety of interactive child development programs for kids ages 18 months through 14 years. Based out of the Rockville and Dulles SportsPlexes, our classes use soccer and basketball as tools to help children of all experience develop balance, coordination and confidence.
From Soccer Bugs (18 mos.-6 yrs.) to Little Hands & Feet (4-6 yrs.) to SST (6.5-11 yrs.), our soccer-based classes have something to offer from the introductory level to the advanced player. Similarly, our Hoopstars (4-9 yrs.), Intermediate Steps (6-8 yrs.) and Premier Steps (9-12 yrs.) basketball-based classes use a fun, challenging curriculum that allows children to grow at their own pace.
Our coaches focus on the social and physical development of every child in our classes. We don't just teach soccer and basketball to kids - we use these sports to teach kids about life.
