Who We Are

LANGUAGE PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN IN SPANISH - FRENCH - ITALIAN

  • Small classes - Nurturing environment - Personalized service.
  • Bilingual aftercare, classes for bilingual children, homework assistance and camps.

The program has two components: a suite of language classes and a fun, activities-based bilingual afternoon program which also includes homework assistance and supervised play on the Murch playground. The Language Program also offers camp programs during D.C.P.S. days off and classes especially tailored for bilingual children. Classes are offered in Spanish, Italian and French. Parents can choose from an array of classes and program options, signing their child up for just a class, combining a class with the activities-based program, or choosing to send their child only to the activities-based program. Classes are offered at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels (with placements being made based on skills and age.)

Aaron attended the Language Program for the past 3 years. He is teamed up with a boy from France in his camp right now where they are creating a computer game of some sort.
